FAQs

Events & member access

Do members get access to all Women in AI events?

Yes, for public events (workshops, panels, socials). Members get priority in tier order, so when RSVPs are reviewed, Innovators are approved first, then Collaborators, then Community. Priority also means discounted or complimentary tickets depending on your tier, and a held spot when capacity is tight.

What about private, curated events (e.g. GTM dinners, invite-only roundtables)?

Private events are smaller, curated gatherings built around a specific ideal customer profile (ICP). A GTM Leaders dinner, for example, is for GTM leaders. We only accept people who fit the ICP for that event. If a dinner has 20 spots, we fill them first with members who meet the ICP, then open the remaining spots to non-members who fit. Membership on its own does not guarantee a spot at a curated event if you do not meet the ICP. That standard is what keeps the room high-signal for everyone in it.

How do I know if I qualify for a private event?

Each private event lists its ICP in the invitation. If you fit, apply through the event link and the team will review and confirm spots. If it is not the right fit this time, you are welcome to apply for the next event where you match.

Can I expense my membership through work?

Many companies offer a professional development, learning, or continuing-education budget, and membership often qualifies given its focus on skill-building, industry events, and career growth. We encourage you to check with your manager or people team on whether it can be covered. If a receipt or an overview of what membership includes would support the request, email team@womeninai.club and we will provide one.

Memberships renew automatically each billing cycle. To cancel, email team@womeninai.club — cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
